This session confronts the issues many boards avoid, but can no longer ignore:
- Chairs and directors who overstay their tenure.
- Founder-led or nonprofit boards with no real succession plan.
- CEOs who were right for yesterday, but not for what’s coming next.
- What fair and accountable remuneration really means, and why it so often becomes a heated CEO-Board debate.
- How NRCs build trust, call out poor behaviour, and turn evaluations into real levers for culture and performance.
