Members from affiliated director institutes can join SID via our Global Associate Scheme.

Individual Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion is valid for new sign-ups from 1 July to 30 September 2024.
  2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, unless otherwise stated
  3. The total amount* indicated above is inclusive of 9% GST.
  4. Individual members are required to sign up for a minimum of two calendar years (January-December), or part thereof. Membership expiry will be on 31 December regardless of individual’s admission date.
  5. Membership will be confirmed within 2-3 weeks upon membership application and payment of fees.

  7. Membership is non-transferrable and fees paid are non-refundable.

  4. Corporate members are required to sign up for a minimum of two calendar years (January-December), or part thereof. Membership expiry will be on 31 December regardless of the organisation’s admission date.
  5. The usual annual subscription fee for Corporate Membership is $2,400 (or $3,400, with vouchers) per calendar year, excluding GST.
  6. Membership will be confirmed upon payment of fees and approval by SID.
  7. An invoice will be provided upon successful submission of the corporate application form.
  8. Corporate membership is non-transferrable and fees paid are non-refundable.
  9. Additional Individual Member can be added at a special rate of $150 (before GST), per member per calendar year, or part thereof. Entrance Fee will be waived. Expiry date of Individual Membership must align with the Corporate Plan. 50% discount on subscription fee for new nominees will not be applicable.
  10. An administration fee of $100 (before GST) per nominee transfer will apply.
  11. Complimentary vouchers (if applicable) provided by SID must be utilised within the year of issue. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
  12. Membership benefits are subject to change at SID’s sole discretion.

  11. Complimentary vouchers for ‘So, You Want to be a NonProfit Director’ must be utilised by the following year after joining SID. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
