Board Readiness Programme Preview
SID’s Board Readiness Programme is designed to prepare senior corporate executives and professionals for board directorship positions. This 10-month programme takes aspiring directors through a comprehensive development journey, focused on enhancing board competencies and sharpening insights. The curriculum is based around professional training, board simulation exercises, self-assessment, mentorship and professional networking. Delivered by SID and its knowledge partners, the holistic programme seeks to equip participants with essential board knowledge and skills, and attune them to the risks and opportunities facing boards today.
