Credentials

The Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) Credentials Framework is designed to offer directors structured pathways to strengthen their competencies and demonstrate their commitment to good governance. It brings together broad-based accreditation with domain-specific badges, enabling directors to showcase both overall proficiency and specialised expertise. These credentials serve as reliable benchmarks that build confidence in directors, highlight their commitment to continuous learning and help uplift governance standards across the board.

SID Director Accreditation Programme

The SID Accreditation Programme provides formal recognition of a director’s overall competencies, professional development and commitment to governance excellence. The programme provides a structured pathway for directors to enhance their competencies through a formal exam and continuous professional development (CPD), in the form of training, self-improvement and other forms of learning activities.
