What is a Customised Board Programme?

Our customised board development and training programmes are designed to equip boards with the critical knowledge, skills, and insights needed for effective governance. Led by experienced faculty who bring real-world experience from their boardroom roles or field practice, SID's training sessions combine interactive case studies and expert-led insights to equip directors with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.


Incoming directors should receive comprehensive and tailored induction on joining the Board. It is equally important that all directors should receive regular training, particularly on relevant new laws, regulations and changing commercial risks, from time to time.
