Terms & Conditions:

  1. Promotion is valid for new sign-ups between 1 June to 30 September 2026.
  2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
  3. Corporate Members are required to sign up for a minimum of two calendar years (January- December), or part thereof. Membership expiry will be on 31 December regardless of the organisation’s join date.
  4. The usual annual subscription fee for Corporate Membership is $2,400 (Corporate Plan), $3,400 (Corporate Plan with Vouchers), or $2,800 (Corporate 5 Plan with Vouchers) per calendar year, before GST.
  5. Membership will be confirmed upon payment of fees and approval by SID.
  6. An invoice will be provided upon successful submission of the corporate application form.
  7. Corporate membership is non-transferrable and fees paid are non-refundable.
  8. Additional individual members can be added at a special rate of $150 (before GST), per member per calendar year, or part thereof. Entrance Fee will be waived. The expiry date of individual membership is aligned with the Corporate Plan.
  9. An administrative fee of S$100 (before GST) per nominee will apply for any changes beyond the two complimentary nominee changes provided per year.
  10. Complimentary vouchers (if applicable) provided by SID must be utilised within the year of issue. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
  11. Membership benefits and fees are subject to change at SID’s sole discretion.

 

 

2026 SID Corporate Plans (NonProfit Organisation)

 

SID seeks to connect and support directors in Singapore who serve on boards of nonprofit organisations (NPOs).

We provide courses, workshops and talks to help directors understand their roles and responsibilities. Participants can access the wide range of resources curated for NPOs, charities and social enterprises. SID also organises seminars and networking sessions to bring directors together to explore different strategies, exchange experiences and resolve common NPO challenges. The full suite of SID membership services, such as Board Appointment Services, our range of professional development courses, publications and benchmarking surveys, including thought leadership pieces on corporate governance and stewardship, are also available to support members on their directorship journey.

NPO directors can leverage the SID membership programme to become Better at Doing Good.
