She leads the firm in delivering quality business transformations that strengthen trust and confidence in industries, safeguarding the integrity of financial reporting and capital markets. With over 20 years of experience working with listed and global companies, particularly in the financial services and real estate sectors, Ms Lee supports clients in navigating intricate business landscapes to achieve measurable outcomes. This includes empowering businesses to evolve for the future, especially as new growth possibilities emerge in environmental, social and governance initiatives, technology and talent.

Chia-Tern Huey Min
Chief Executive, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority
Mrs Chia-Tern Huey Min is chief executive of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), and leads the organisation towards fostering high trust in Singapore's business ecosystem. Appointed in 2024, she also serves as the Registrar of Companies, businesses, public accountants, limited liability partnerships, limited partnerships and variable capital companies. Prior to taking the helm at ACRA, she spent most of her career at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, where she held key posts in tax administration and regulatory functions, including as deputy commissioner (international, investigation and indirect taxes).

Tan Wee Khim
Technical Director, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority
Ms Tan Wee Khim is the Technical Director for ACRA’s Financial Reporting & Standards Department. The Department sets the strategic direction in promoting high quality financial reporting and filing of financial statements by companies incorporated in Singapore. It administers the Financial Reporting Surveillance Programme which reviews financial statements for compliance with the prescribed accounting standards in Singapore and assists the Accounting Standards Committee in discharging its duties under the Accounting Standards Act. Ms Tan has more than 10 years of experience in compliance work with ACRA and prior to joining ACRA, she had eight years of experience in audit practice. She is also a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.

Michael Tang
Head, Listing Compliance, Singapore Exchange Regulation
Mr Michael Tang is the head of Listing Compliance at Singapore Exchange Regulation, a subsidiary of Singapore Exchange that undertakes frontline regulatory functions. He oversees listed companies and regulated professionals for compliance with the listing rules. Mr Tang is a management committee member of United Nations Global Compact Network Singapore, a member of the advisory board of the NUS Business School’s Centre for Governance and Sustainability and a member of sub-committees of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He contributes to international standards setting efforts and serves on the Sustainability reference group of the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants and the Capital Markets technical committee of the Global Reporting Initiative.

Beh Siew Kim
Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer, Lodging, CapitaLand Investment
Ms Beh Siew Kim is the Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer, Lodging, CapitaLand Investment with a concurrent role as The Ascott’s Managing Director for Japan and South Korea. She oversees all aspects of Lodging’s finance, treasury and investors relations functions, as well as leads its sustainability efforts. Ms Beh is a non-executive director of CapitaLand Ascott Trust (CLAS), where she was previously the Chief Executive Officer of the managers of CLAS. Under her leadership, CLAS has been recognised for its excellence in sustainability and corporate governance, being the first hospitality trust globally to issue a sustainability-linked bond in April 2022.

Gerry Chng
Chair, AI Ethics & Governance Special Interest Group
Singapore Computer Society
Mr Gerry Chng is a partner and head of cyber at KPMG Singapore, specialising in cyber security and risk management. He has 27 years of consulting experience, helping clients balance the risks and opportunities arising from the adoption of technology. He is actively involved in the formulation of standards around AI governance and regulations, and co-chairs the Singapore Artificial Intelligence Technical Committee, representing Singapore as a participating member of the ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 42 committee on AI standards. Mr Chng also chairs the AI Ethics & Governance special interest group at the Singapore Computer Society with the objective of creating a community around the risk management of emerging technologies, including technology providers, academia, social scientists, legal experts and professional services providers.

Ranjan Lath
Partner, Ares Management Asia
Mr Ranjan Lath is a partner in Ares Management Asia where he oversees investment operations and serves as a director for the group’s Singapore and Australian entities. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, he held senior appointments at SSG Group, Fortis Healthcare and KPMG in Hong Kong. As vice president and head of risk and internal audit at Fortis, he set up and ran the group’s risk and audit operations. At KPMG, his clients included companies in hospitality services, property development, construction and infastructure. Mr Lath is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Deborah Ong
Non-Executive and Independent Director, SATS
Mrs Deborah Ong is an independent non-executive director of SATS, where she chairs the audit committee and is a member of the safety sustainability and risk committee. She serves on the boards of CapitaLand India Trust Management and Starhub. A board member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Mrs Ong also chairs the audit committee at the governing board of SkillsFuture Singapore. She is a member of the Judicial Service Commission. With more than 30 years of public accounting experience and providing audit and advisory services, she retired from PwC in 2020.

Jeanette Wong Kai Yuan
Independent Non-Executive Director, Singapore Airlines
Ms Jeanette Wong is an independent director of Singapore Airlines where she chairs the board compensation and industrial relations committee. She is also chairperson of the CareShield Life Council, a board director of GIC and PSA International, and a member of the Securities Industry Council. Ms Wong sits on the boards of listed companies Prudential and UBS Group, among others. Until her retirement from DBS Bank in 2019, she was the group executive responsible for institutional banking group. Prior to that, she served as the bank’s Chief Financial Officer. Ms Wong’s banking career began in 1982, working at Banque Paribas, Citibank and JP Morgan before joining DBS.
