SPEAKERS

Gerry Chng
Head of Cyber, KPMG Singapore
Mr Gerry Chng is a partner and head of cyber at KPMG Singapore, specialising in cyber security and risk management. He has 27 years of consulting experience, helping clients balance the risks and opportunities arising from the adoption of technology. He is actively involved in the formulation of standards around AI governance and regulations, and co-chairs the Singapore Artificial Intelligence Technical Committee, representing Singapore as a participating member of the ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 42 committee on AI standards. Mr Chng also chairs the AI Ethics & Governance special interest group at the Singapore Computer Society with the objective of creating a community around the risk management of emerging technologies, including technology providers, academia, social scientists, legal experts and professional services providers.

Andy Lee
Head, Public Sector, Google Cloud
A seasoned leader with decades of experience in the IT sector, Mr Andy Lee leads the public sector team in Google Cloud. He drives the adoption of generative and agentic AI in the ecosystem for public good and has built high-performance teams with a unique conscious culture. He has experience with business/partner strategies and requirements of consumption models, data sovereignty and privacy. Mr Lee is passionate about technology and serves on the executive committee of the Singapore Computer Society, board of National University of Singapore’s College of Design and Engineering and Temasek Polytechnic’s School of Informatics and IT. He advises government, industry and academia on technology trends and thought leadership.

Jasie Fon
Committee Member, SID Digital Chapter
Ms Jasie Fon is the regional vice president Asia at Ping Identity. Based in Singapore, she works closely with IT professionals to identify how digital identity security tools can be used to address their unique business concerns. She has 30 years of sales, marketing and entrepreneurship experience in enterprise applications and cyber security, and has built transformative, vibrant and inclusive business environments. She has held leadership roles in multinational organisations including ForgeRock, Darktrace, Microsoft and Workday. She is an SID accredited director and serves as a committee member in SID’s Digital Chapter. Ms Fon is an advocate for women in technology as an honouree of Singapore’s 100 Women in Tech 2023 by the Singapore Computer Society.

Geraldine Wong
Group Chief Data Officer, GXS Bank
Dr Geraldine Wong is group chief data officer at GXS Bank where she developed and implemented the bank’s AI and data strategy. She has led teams in developing and executing regional AI initiatives across the public, transport and infocomm sectors. Dr Wong was among the inaugural top 50 Asia Women Tech Leaders and SG100 Women in Tech recognised by Infocomm Media Development Authority, and named among the global top 100 Innovators in data and analytics by Business of Data in 2022. She serves on the tech advisory committee at Synapxe and the future-enabled skills workgroup of Institute of Banking and Finance. An adjunct associate professor and mentor at National University of Singapore, she is an exco member of the free and open-source software group at Singapore Computer Society.

Glenn Neo
Director, Innovation Capabilities Enablement, Synapxe
Mr Glenn Neo is the director of innovation capabilities enablement of Synapxe. He leads the development of innovation strategies and capabilities to accelerate healthtech exploration and experimentation, as well as establish and manage programmes and platforms that spur innovation through collaboration. The alliances form bridge across the healthcare and technology sectors, and bring together dynamic resources to advance smart health innovations aimed at transforming population health. Mr Neo was a former Chief Information Officer of Woodlands Health. He has held senior roles in consulting, systems integration and angel-investing businesses across the public sector, defence engineering, supply chain logistics and financial services in the Asia Pacific.

Steve Ledzian
CTO, Google Cloud Security and Mandiant JAPAC
Mr Steve Ledzian is a cyber security leader with more than 25 years of experience. As chief technology officer for Asia Pacific and Japan, he advises organisations on approaches to implementing modern, mature security postures as they digitally transform and progress on their cloud journey. Mr Ledzian is a prolific public speaker and has delivered keynotes at security events across the region. He delivers security briefings to boards of directors weekly, and has been featured as a TEDx speaker. Prior to Mandiant, he managed the security sales engineering team in Asia at Cisco Systems. Before relocating to Asia, he worked for Silicon Valley startups for over 10 years.
