Roundtable Synopsis

Employees and leaders alike are adapting to a complex and shifting external environment. This has changed the way Boards view talent, from an increased awareness of health & well-being, to redefining leadership capabilities to suit a hybrid world.

In this virtual roundtable, held in association with Criticaleye, we will explore how Boards can ensure that they have the right people to achieve their strategic goals. We will look at the areas where the Board should be challenging the CEO and HRD on talent strategy as well as assessing the leadership capabilities of senior executives to build out a successful succession plan.

Areas to discuss include:

  • Influencing thinking around talent
  • Health & well-being
  • Short and long-term changes to the workforce
  • Succession planning & re-assessing leadership capabilities
  • Collaborating with the HRD and senior leadership team
