SPEAKERS


Kay Pang
Independent Director

Ms Kay Pang is an independent director and chair of the remuneration committee at Grand Bank Yachts. She is also the vice chair of the Singapore Heart Foundation. With 25 years of expertise in legal, corporate governance and technology matters, she held senior roles at VMware, Cloudera and Hewlett-Packard. She also practised as a corporate lawyer with Drew & Napier and Shook Lin & Bok in Singapore, having qualified as a barrister-at-Law in England and an advocate and solicitor in Singapore. 

 



Musa Fazal
Chief Policy Officer, Singapore Business Federation

Mr Musa Fazal is the chief policy officer at the Singapore Business Federation, leading advocacy and policy initiatives. With nearly two decades of experience in public policy and leadership roles at the Ministry of Trade and Industry and Ministry of Manpower, he drives business interests locally and internationally.

 

Lee Ooi Keong
Managing Director, Clover Point Consultants

Mr Lee Ooi Keong is an SID senior accredited director and managing director of Clover Point Consultants, a board advisory and C-suite consultancy. He is a former director at Temasek, and served as director of risk management, heading the enterprise, strategic portfolio and investment risk teams. He also held board appointments at four Temasek subsidiary companies, overseeing major listed companies and funds in Singapore and China.



Selena Ling
Chief Economist, OCBC Bank

Ms Selena Ling is the chief economist for OCBC Bank. As head of treasury research and strategy, she leads a research team responsible for treasury market research, forecasts and trading recommendations for the bank, covering fixed income, interest rates, corporate credit, foreign exchange and macroeconomic commentary. She is a member of the OCBC Wealth Panel for Singapore and Malaysia, as well as a council member for the Economic Society of Singapore.
