Fiona Ross

Fiona Ross is an exceptionally experienced public and private sector Chair and Non-Executive Director. Fiona was appointed by the Irish Government to Chair Córas Iompair Éireann (Ireland’s pubic transport provider), to the Board of the HSE Ireland's public health service, and in August 2021 was appointed to Chair the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board.

In the UK, Fiona was appointed a Non-executive Director at The Scottish Government in March 2019 and was appointed by the UK Government to serve on the Board of Network Rail in May 2020. Fiona also works as an advisor to the Mayor at Bristol City Council. In May 2022, she assumed the Chair role at Natural Capital Ireland. She has Central Bank of Ireland authorisation (UCIT and MIFID) and serves as a non-executive director at JK Funds, Evelyn Partners (where she chairs the Audit and Risk committee) and SphereInvest.

 

Fermin Diez
Group Director, Social Service Institute


Dr Fermin Diez has over 35 years of executive experience in human resources and organisational transformation. He has served as Deputy CEO of the National Council for Social Service in Singapore and held key human resource roles in multinational corporations as well as senior partnerships in consulting firms. Dr Diez has also held several board and advisory roles, including with the Singapore Human Resources Institute and the ASEAN Human Development Organisation. His previous affiliations include the National University Health Systems, Jurong Health Systems, Taylor’s Education Group in Malaysia, WorldatWork in the US, and the Institute for Human Resource Professionals. An adjunct professor at NUS and SMU, Dr Diez is a recognised author and speaker specialising in the alignment of human capital and business strategy.
