Tina Thomas
Head of Environmental, Social and Governance, InCorp Asia
Ms Tina Thomas is the Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) at InCorp Asia, leading the firm’s ESG advisory services, and working with boards and executive teams across Asia-Pacific to integrate ESG into strategy, governance and financial decision-making. With over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, she brings a strong track record in delivering complex projects and advising organisations on sustainability integration. Her work focuses on enhancing investor confidence, supporting access to sustainable finance, strengthening disclosures, and driving operational efficiency through decarbonisation, while mitigating regulatory and reputational risks.
Andrew Martin
Chair, Climate Governance Singapore
Mr Andrew Martin is a principal in Baker McKenzie’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in Singapore. He is recognised as a leading lawyer by legal directories such as Chambers Asia Pacific and Legal 500 Asia Pacific. Mr Martin has a particular focus on cross-border M&A and joint ventures. He also advises extensively on compliance and governance matters and is currently chair of the Exco for Climate Governance Singapore, part of the Singapore Institute of Directors where Mr Martin also sits on their Sustainability Committee. Mr Martin’s broad experience has been gathered from working in multiple jurisdictions, including England, Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore. He advises both multinational companies and private equity houses from Asia, the US and Europe.

Selena Ling
Chief Economist, OCBC Bank
Ms Selena Ling is the chief economist for OCBC Bank. As head of treasury research and strategy, she leads a research team responsible for treasury market research, forecasts and trading recommendations for the bank, covering fixed income, interest rates, corporate credit, foreign exchange and macroeconomic commentary. She is a member of the OCBC Wealth Panel for Singapore and Malaysia, as well as a council member for the Economic Society of Singapore.

Kenneth Tang
Deputy Head of Asian Equity, Amova Asset Management
Mr Kenneth Tang is Deputy Head of Asian Equity at Amova Asset Management in Singapore, where he is responsible for Singapore and ASEAN portfolios, bringing with him 29 years of experience in Asian equity markets. Prior to joining Amova Asset Management, he was the lead portfolio manager for Singapore Equity and Balanced portfolios at PineBridge Investments. Before that, Mr Tang served as managing director at Black River Asset Management, where he managed the Black River Commodity Long Short Equity and Black River Asia Funds. Earlier in his career, he was the lead portfolio manager for country funds in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia at Credit Agricole Asset Management.

Jeremy Saw
Co-Lead, ESG Chapter, Singapore Corporate Counsel Association
Mr Jeremy Saw is Co-Lead of the ESG Chapter at the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association, where he engages on emerging regulatory developments and trends impacting businesses across the region. In his professional capacity, he oversees commercial, structuring, operations, legal and compliance for the Asia business of Gresham House. With over 15 years of experience, Mr Saw has been actively involved in ESG- and climate-aligned investments across Asia Pacific. He brings a practical perspective on capital allocation, governance and risk management, and how these can drive long-term value creation.
