Frank Koo
Founder and CEO, Nextplay
Mr Frank Koo is a qualified trainer and coach and focuses on developing leaders with the right mindset, skills and commitment to excel in their work and life. Mr Koo currently serves on the board of the Institute for Human Resource Professionals and the National Integration Council. He is also a member of the Corporate Member Engagement Committee of SID. Prior to that, Mr Koo was the Head of Asia at LinkedIn and responsible for LinkedIn’s Talent and Learning business. He also held leadership roles in BE Education (Chief Operating Officer), Pearson Education (President of Learning Solutions) and Oracle (Managing Director for Singapore and South Asia).

Wong Su-Yen
Immediate Past Chair, SID
Ms Wong Su-Yen is an experienced board chair and independent director who has served for over 15 years on the boards of multiple companies and not-for-profit organisations in Australia, Asia and the US. She has experience in business strategy, human capital development and organisation transformation. She is chairperson of James Cook University Singapore and independent director at CDL, CSE Global and First Resources. She also serves on the boards of Kemin Industries and Infocomm Media Development Authority. A former chair of the Singapore Institute of Directors, she is an adjunct professor of leadership at the National University of Singapore Business School and an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation.

Philip Forrest
Lead Independent Director, Grand Banks Yachts
Mr Philip Forrest is a former Asia head for NZ Bank and spent 15 years with Citibank in Australia, the US, Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand. A former member of the Governing Council of the Singapore Institute of Directors, he has served on the councils of the Singapore Business Federation, Association of Banks in Singapore and Australian Chamber of Commerce Singapore (as former president). He serves on the advisory boards of Advance Global Australians, QED and Australian Alumni Singapore, and is a board member of James Cook University Singapore, ASX-listed Grand Banks Yachts, and Readymix Holdings International. He was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for significant service to Australia-Singapore business relations in 2022.

Foo Siew Ting
Independent Director, RSVP Singapore
Ms Foo Siew Ting has worked for 25 years across senior leadership roles at Unilever, Mars, Diageo and Fonterra. Kellogg-certified in AI-driven growth analytics, Ms Foo now advises boards on how to unite technology, purpose and human insight to drive sustainable growth. She also serves on the board of The Marketing Society and is an independent director of non-profit RSVP Singapore, advising on strategic communications. She graduated from the SCWO BoardAgender programme in 2024 and Deloitte Woman Board Readiness programme in 2025. Ms Foo is committed to mentoring the next generation of women and marketing leaders across Asia and was named by the CMO Club among its global top three inclusive CMOs.
Kay Pang
Independent Director, Serial Achieva
Ms Kay Pang is a senior accredited board director and corporate lawyer with over 26 years of experience in governance, law, technology and sustainability across global markets. She serves as an independent director on the boards of Grand Banks Yachts, Serial Achieva, Singapore Heart Foundation and The Red Pencil Singapore. Her prior board roles include NeraTel, Breast Cancer Foundation, AWWA, and Passerelles Numériques. Ms Pang is CEO of Kay Pang Law Practice, specialising in business and technology law. She previously held senior legal roles at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Aveva-Schneider Electric, VMware, and Cloudera, and practised law at Drew & Napier, Allen & Overy, and Shook Lin & Bok.
