Mr Shai Ganu is a member of the Governing Council at SID, and chairs its ESG committee. He is the global leader of the Executive Compensation and Board Advisory business at WTW. He leads a team of over 500 exceptional consultants across 40 countries, who are trusted advisers to clients on issues related to board and executive compensation, board effectiveness, ESG and sustainability strategies, and human capital governance. Mr Ganu has extensive experience working closely with C-suite, boards, remuneration committees, nomination committees and sustainability committees of more than 100 leading companies across the region. He is an Independent Director on the boards of Far East Orchard, SATA CommHealth and other not-for-profit organisations in the region. Mr Ganu is a member of the Global Governing Board of WEF’s Climate Governance Initiative and is a co-founding member of the Singapore chapter and ASEAN network.
