Mr Colin Low is a global independent director of AET Tankers where he chairs the audit and risk management committee. He is also an independent director of SGX-listed Jason Marine Group where he chairs the remuneration and nomination committees. A former chairman of Intraco and Singapore Investment Development Corporation, he has held key appointments at General Electric. Mr Low is a Senior Advisory Board Member of Diligent Institute – a global corporate governance and think-tank of the Diligent Corporation – based in New York. He was certified as a Board Climate Change Leader in April 2022 and graduated from the Board Cybersecurity and Strategy programme in June 2023. Both certifications were awarded by Diligent Institute. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors and Hong Kong Institute of Directors and a certified international board director by INSEAD.
