This programme is tailored for council members and senior management of Singapore’s TACs and seeks to enhance leadership and strategic capabilities. Corporate governance and director duties
- Understanding corporate governance.
- Code of Corporate Governance, TAC Governance Framework, Code of Governance for Registered Societies.
- Corporate and director duties, committees, conflicts of interest and key areas of handling.
- Group discussion: Council and management relationship in corporate governance.
Human capital and performance
- Building an effective TAC council.
- Council diversity and composition.
- Effective council and executive team dynamics.
- Governing for performance.
- Group discussion: Building a high-performing council.
