Clinics for Directors are practical, hands-on learning sessions designed to help directors apply board-level concepts to real governance situations.
While SID’s Masterclass for Directors are advanced, expert-led deep dives that sharpen experienced directors’ competencies, Clinics are more applied and interactive, with greater emphasis on exercises, discussion, practical tools and takeaways.
Clinics are suitable for directors who want to move beyond understanding a topic conceptually and instead work through how it can be applied in boardroom discussions, committee oversight, decision-making and governance practice.
