Nominating and Remuneration Committee Chapter

The Nominating and Remuneration Committee (NRC) Chapter aims to provide a platform for active discussion on issues relevant to NRCs, with a view to understanding the directors’ landscape. The scope of coverage will range from developments in the regulatory environment to trends in various industries – in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. The NRC Chapter seeks to provide networking opportunities for directors with similar roles and responsibilities; develop thought leadership with an NRC focus; contribute to the professional development of NRC appointees; and advocate on issues important to NRCs.
