SGTI Forum – Good Governance for Vibrant Capital Markets

SGTI
Vibrant capital markets depend on trust – between issuers and investors, regulators and companies, boards and shareholders. In times of volatility, good governance anchors trust, unlocks value and sustains vibrant, forward-looking capital markets. By benchmarking key areas such as board leadership, transparency and sustainability, the Singapore Governance and Transparency Index (SGTI) provides a useful reference point for companies striving to improve. It also serves as a guide for stakeholders seeking greater clarity. Join us as we unveil the headliners of this year’s SGTI and reveal emerging trends shaping the governance landscape, as well as how leading companies are raising the bar to meet evolving stakeholder expectations.
