Overview
The Qualified Listed Entity Director (QLED) Badge recognises directors who have demonstrated specialised competence in listed entity governance, aligned with SGX regulatory expectations for first time ListCo directors.
This registration page is exclusively for SID members who fall within following groups:

Completed LED 1 to LED 9 modules between 2019 to 2025

Passed SID's Legacy QLED Assessment between 2019 to 2023 (must also have 3 or more years of SGX-ListCo directorship experience* OR complete remaining LED modules if insufficient years)

Completed the LED Bridging Programme

What You Will Receive
Upon successful verification and processing, you will be awarded with the QLED digital badge, which can be shared on LinkedIn, CVs and résumés, Email signatures, and Professional or corporate profiles
The QLED badge complements SID’s Accreditation framework by signalling domain-specific listed entity expertise, distinct from the broader SID Director Accreditation Programme.
Badge Validity and Ongoing Requirements
The QLED badge is not a one-time, permanent credential.
To retain the badge, badge holders must complete the prescribed updated training as mandated by SGX RegCo Practice Notes:
Example:
Completion of LED Module 10 (or any newly introduced and mandated modules) by 31 December 2027.
Failure to complete the required updated training by the stipulated deadline may result in the badge being expired or withdrawn until reinstatement requirements are met.

S$100 admin fee (incl. 9% GST)
Registration
Register by 18 December 2026. Badge processing and issuance will be conducted at the end of every month.
