Michael Tang
Head of Listing Policy & Product Admission and Sustainable Development Office at Singapore Exchange Regulation
Mr Michael Tang is the head of Listing Policy & Product Admission and the Sustainable Development Office at Singapore Exchange Regulation. He oversees listing policy and rules development, the admission of securities products and sustainability-related issues on the regulatory front. He is a member of the advisory board of the NUS Business School’s Centre for Governance and Sustainability, the management committee of Global Compact Network Singapore and the ESG chapter of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He contributes to international standards-setting efforts as a member of the sustainability reference group of the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants and of the capital markets technical committee of the Global Reporting Initiative.

David Toh
Governance, Risk and Compliance & Internal Audit Leader, PwC Singapore
Mr David Toh is the governance, risk and compliance & internal audit leader of PwC Singapore and chairman of PwC’s governance board. He is vice president of the board of governors at the Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore and serves as a board member and audit and risk committee chairperson of Yellow Ribbon Singapore as well as a member of the institutional discipline advisory committee, Singapore Prison Service. He is also the treasurer and management committee member of Singapore Children’s Society, board member of Securities Investors Association of Singapore and SEEDS Capital and is vice chairman of the Tampines Central Citizens’ Consultative Committee.

Debbie Goh
First Vice President, Head of Group Internal Audit, Thai Beverage PCL
Ms Debbie Goh is head of group internal audit at Thai Beverage and has served as the head of internal audit at its listed subsidiary Fraser and Neave. With over 30 years of experience, Ms Goh has led internal audit functions in commercial organisations and worked in internal audit outsourcing, external audit, initial public offerings, financial due diligence and risk management consulting. She was awarded the “Internal Audit Excellence Award – Special Recognition” at the SIAS Investors’ Choice Awards in 2013. She served on the board of governors of the Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore from 2018 to 2024.

Koh Chin Beng
Partner, Risk Advisory, BDO Advisory
Mr Koh Chin Beng brings 30 years of expertise in audit and advisory services. He began his career as an external auditor at a big four firm and later took on significant internal audit roles in major multinational corporations before joining BDO. Throughout his career, Mr Koh has led numerous projects in areas such as internal audit, sustainability reporting, value-for-money audits, business process management and enterprise risk management. He is the immediate past president of the board of governors at the Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore and a member of the International Internal Audit Standards Board. He is a certified internal auditor and a chartered accountant of Singapore.

Max Loh
Chairman, Competition & Consumer Commission of Singapore
Mr Max Loh was the EY Managing Partner for ASEAN, Singapore and Brunei till his retirement in July 2022. With years of audit and business advisory experience, he has expertise in assurance, financial reporting, internal control reviews, corporate finance, strategic planning, reorganisation, risk management and business transformation projects for corporate and government concerns as part of their globalisation and transformation efforts. Mr Loh is the Chairman of the Competition & Consumer Commission of Singapore and a board member of Building & Construction Authority, CapitaLand Ascott Trust, Samudera Shipping and SPH Media Holdings. He also serves in the capacity of Chairman of ISCA Cares (an IPC) and the Fair Tenancy Industry Committee, Council member of CPA Australia and Chairman of the External Review Panel on Quality Assurance for Universities.
