Choo Oi San
Chair, SID Women Directors Chapter
Ms Choo Oi San is the APAC Life & Health Practice Leader for WTW with over 25 years of experience. Ms Choo was a member of the ElderShield Review Committee tasked by the Ministry of Health to review Singapore’s national disability scheme. She was President of the Singapore Actuarial Society and served on the Academic Board of the Singapore College of Insurance as Chairperson of the ASEAN Actuarial Talent Committee. She is also a director of WTW Consulting Singapore, WTW Asia Pacific Shared Services Centre and Global Asia Insurance Partnerships.

Emily Follett
Deputy High Commissioner, Australian High Commission, Singapore
Ms Emily Follett is a senior career officer with the Australian government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Prior to taking up her position as Deputy High Commissioner in Singapore, she was most recently Assistant Secretary, Agriculture and Non-Tariff Barriers Branch. She has previously served overseas at the Australian Mission in Vientiane and Washington. Ms Follett holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Laws from Australian National University.
Sarah Graff

Ms Sarah Graff leads the strategic accounts team at BoardOutlook, partnering with listed and private boards across a spectrum of industries globally. A strong believer in the power of objective data to enhance board performance, she brings deep experience and sharp insight to her work. Nishtha Kharb Shukla
Deputy Chair, SID Women Directors Chapter
Ms Nishtha Kharb Shukla is a global legal and compliance leader with over 20 years of experience across healthcare and technology. As chief legal officer of MHM, she advises the board on healthcare data digitisation and ethics in artificial intelligence. She led crisis management for Boeing aviation crashes, pioneered Philips’ e-commerce launch in Southeast Asia, and strengthened cyber security resilience through major breaches including SingHealth. Ms Shukla has advised a blockchain board on litigation and intellectual property, and is the youngest director of ACC Singapore Chapter, and founded its pro bono committee.
