Novita Jong
Member, SID Digital Chapter


Ms. Novita Jong brings over 20 years of commercial and leadership experience in the technology industry across Asia Pacific, having held key roles at companies such as Google, Twitter and Grab. As a senior associate director leading technology commercialisation at NUS Enterprise, she focuses on venture creation and technology transfer at the National University of Singapore. She is a former board member of a high-growth tech venture and served on the industry advisory boards of Kaplan Singapore. An SID accredited director, she serves on the Digital Chapter of the Singapore Institute of Directors.



Carmen Wee
Founder & CEO, Carmen Wee & Associates

Ms Carmen Wee is founder and CEO of human resource advisory services firm Carmen Wee & Associates. An accomplished chief human resource officer with over 25 years of international business experience, she has led large, complex and multicultural teams globally. She is the author of the From the Kampung to the Boardroom: My Leadership Journey. An experienced board member in commercial, government, academic and public institutions in Singapore and the UK, she has served to transform the human capital ecosystem and build capabilities. An SID senior accredited director, she was conferred the Pioneer IHRP Master Professional status.


Jasie Fon
Regional Vice President (Asia), Ping Identity

Ms Jasie Fon is regional vice president Asia at Ping Identity. Based in Singapore, she works closely with IT professionals to identify how digital identity security tools can be used to address their unique business concerns. She has 30 years of sales, marketing and entrepreneurship experience in enterprise applications and cyber security, and has built transformative, vibrant and inclusive business environments. She has held leadership roles in multinational organisations including ForgeRock, Darktrace, Microsoft and Workday. She is an SID accredited director and serves as a committee member in SID’s Digital Chapter. Ms Fon is an advocate for women in technology as an honouree of Singapore’s 100 Women in Tech 2023 by the Singapore Computer Society.

 



Ho Seng Chee
Independent Director

Mr Ho Seng Chee is an independent non-executive director of Yoma Strategic Holdings and an adviser to CEOs and teams. An SID senior accredited director, he is a trained lawyer with a background in public service and real estate, having held senior positions at Mapletree and CapitaLand. He is active in the startup community, and was chief work and culture officer at JustCo. Mr Ho is a leadership consultant and coach, and draws from his rich experiences to help CEOs and corporate teams succeed.

 

Fabio Tiviti
Global Vice-President, Workday APAC and Japan


Mr Fabio Tiviti is the global vice-president of Workday APAC and Japan for field operations, and is responsible for driving the region’s sales operations. Before that, he was regional vice-president for specialised sales, Asia Pacific and Japan, driving revenue growth in the region. Prior to joining Workday, he held sales leadership roles in Infor and SAP in Singapore, Australia and the UK. Mr Tiviti is a board member of the Singapore Centre for Corporate Learning. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Insubria, Italy.

 

Kailashyar Kumar
Regional Director, Ping Identity


Mr Kailashyar Kumar is a regional director at Ping Identity. With over a decade of experience in the Asian technology sector, he brings extensive expertise in analytics, cloud infrastructure, cyber security and identity. With a focus on banking and technology in Asia, he applies advanced solutions to ensure secure and efficient management of digital identities, enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth. Prior to joining Ping Identity, Mr Kumar was a technology consultant within the banking system and worked across Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

 



Dominic Chia
Principal Human Capital Management Solution Consultant, Workday


Mr Dominic Chia is a principal consultant at Workday, focused on human capital management solutions. His strategic and results-driven approach has helped many clients and he has a proven track record of consistently achieving annual team revenue targets. His key areas of focus are in cloud shift, evangelising change and mastering solution sales. Mr Chia is a sports enthusiast and has a passion for storytelling, which he sees as a powerful tool for connecting and inspiring people.
