Women Shaping Family Business Boards

Family Business Group
Women in family businesses remain an under‑examined force, even if family enterprises contribute a majority of GDP in Asian markets. Their influence, often informal, evolving, or overlooked, plays a critical role in shaping governance, continuity and innovation. This panel brings together directors who serve on family business boards to share their personal journeys, challenges and triumphs. From the changing roles of women in traditional business families to driving change, growth and innovation from the board, these corporate leaders offer their personal reflections. Whether stepping into leadership roles in their own family business or serving as independent directors in family-controlled companies, their stories illustrate the unique impact they bring to the boardroom. Join us for an engaging and interactive conversation based on real life experiences that sheds light on a vital dimension of family business leadership.
