Helene Li 
Co-Founder and CEO, GoImpact Capital Partners 


Ms Helene Li is the co-founder and CEO of GoImpact, and held senior management positions in strategic planning, marketing and branding prior to this. She was managing director and head of strategic planning, brand and communications Asia Pacific at BNP Paribas Wealth Management. She held similar roles at JP Morgan Private Bank and Lombard Odier. Ms Li is a key opinion leader in fintech and digital transformation, recognised by Thomson Reuters Refinitiv among the top five in Asia Pacific, and a top two global influencer in sustainable finance. In 2023, Ms Li was appointed as founding faculty for Bursa Malaysia’s Mandatory Accreditation Programme Part II and as Adjunct Professor at Singapore Management University’s Lee Kong Chian School of Business.



Bill Foo
Council member, Singapore Institute of Directors


Mr Bill Foo was the CEO of ANZ Bank Singapore and vice chairman, South East Asia before his retirement after more than 30 years in financial services. He serves as a director and adviser to several companies including as lead director for CDL Hospitality and Wee Hur Holdings (as chair of the respective audit committees) and New York-listed Kenon Holdings. He is chair of the board of Tung Lok, James Cook University Singapore advisory board and Salvation Army advisory board. Mr Foo is a trustee of the International Institute of Strategic Studies Asia Strategic Studies Fund and former director of International Enterprise Singapore(now known as Enterprise Singapore) and Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory.
