LED Bridging Programme 2025
The SID Listed Entity Director (LED) Bridging Programme is a 15-hour hybrid course endorsed by Singapore Exchange to enable first-time directors to meet mandatory training requirements for SGX-listed companies. Through a combination of self-directed e-learning, compulsory assessment and an in-person facilitated discussion, this abridged LED course is designed to offer graduates of four approved directorship programmes an alternative to taking the full LED programme.
The four approved directorship training programmes are:
- SID Board Readiness Programme
- SID Governance for Outstanding Organisation Directors Programme (Modules 1-8)
- SID-SMU Directorship Programme (Modules 1-6)
- INSEAD International Directors Programme (Modules 1-3)

Participants will engage in discussions deep-diving into corporate strategies, board performance and governance issues, focusing on case studies and peer-to-peer learning. |
