THREE EVENTS, ONE SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE
The Global Directors Exchange Singapore 2025 will be held in conjunction with the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI) Meeting and Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) Directors Conference providing delegates the opportunity to connect with participants and presenters from all three events:
- GNDI Meeting – Exclusively for the leadership of GNDI member institutes, this annual event brings together Executive Directors, Board Chairs and key representatives to exchange ideas and practices and help advance the work of GNDI and its member institutes, which has a combined membership of 180,000.
- SID Directors Conference – This annual flagship event attracts 800 director-level attendees and features keynotes, plenary discussions and four interactive learning zones focused on directorship and governance, sustainability, human capital and digital. Networking opportunities include a happy hour at the close of the event.

FEES
Category 1: S$2,180 (inclusive of GST)
For members of GNDI member institutes, SID members, representatives of organisations in SID Governance for Good Alliance, and community partners for the event.
Category 2: S$2,507 (inclusive of GST)
For all other board and company directors.
The fees cover:
- Lunch, dinner and coffee breaks on 10, 11 and 12 Sep 2025.
- Access to SID Directors Conference on 12 Sep 2025 (public rate S$1,400).
- Two-way transfers for learning journeys on 10 and 11 Sep 2025.
The fees do not cover:
- Flights (special rates from Singapore Airlines).
- Transport.
- Accommodation (special rates from Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay).
- Visa application fees.
- Any other incidentals.
