Eu Chin Sien
Executive Director, BDO Singapore

Ms Eu Chin Sien has over 25 years of specialist experience as a GST regulator and adviser, having started her career with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). She has also served as Senior Manager at two Big Four international accounting firms. As a GST adviser, she covers a full spectrum of compliance and advisory GST services, including Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP) and Assisted Self-Help Kit (ASK) review. She also assists businesses in various industries, including logistics, aviation, information technology, manufacturing, shipping, oil and gas, property and construction, pharmaceutical and semiconductors, to ensure overall GST compliance. Ms Eu was named as a Highly Regarded Indirect Tax Practitioner by International Tax Review. She was also recently appointed to the board of Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals.


Jackson Cai
Executive Director, BDO Singapore

Mr Jackson Cai is a GST specialist at BDO Singapore, with over 15 years in GST compliance and advisory for local and multinational corporations across various industries. His extensive expertise covers consumer products, manufacturing, media and entertainment, automotive and transport, marine, hospitality, construction, banking and capital markets, insurance and not-for profit organisations. An integral part of his portfolio is advising clients on complex GST issues and consistently obtaining rulings from IRAS to secure practical and favourable outcomes for his clients concerning peculiar GST matters. He has conducted thorough GST health checks for his clients, including the IRAS GST compliance programmes, such as the Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP) and Assisted Self-Help Kit (ASK) review, ensuring clients remain compliant.
