Recent shifts in the market environment, continued uncertainty about the economic outlook and a shifting geopolitical backdrop are prompting fundamental changes to the way businesses are being run. Any top-down transformation strategy requires an experienced Board that can provide insights on navigating through uncertainty, in addition to providing the right parameters for growth.

In this virtual roundtable, held in association with Criticaleye, we will explore the Board’s role in leading successful transformation in an organisation. How can Boards add value, create clarity and support senior leadership teams in pursuing the growth agenda?
