CTP 5 - Board Leadership in Sustainability

The focus on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues has put pressure on boards to re-evaluate their sustainability strategy. Activating sustainable leadership requires a high degree of coordination. Board leadership, together with senior management, must align on the organisation’s sustainability vision and roadmap. And next-generation leaders and frontline employees should be enabled and empowered to become conduits for embedding the sustainability agenda into the fabric of the organisation. How are boards overcoming this multilayered challenge?

Join us at this session where we will discuss:

  • How to activate a culture of sustainability from the boardroom.
  • What boards can do to support their executive team’s sustainability efforts.
  •  Why it is important to take Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) beyond compliance.
