CTP 4 - Stakeholder Engagement

Current Topics
With the current business landscape where decision-making needs to be done at pace and accurately, the need for organisations to proactively consider the viewpoints of stakeholders is increasingly crucial to ensure success and avoid misalignment. Leaders need to consider how they can most effectively foster connections, trust, and confidence; to have stakeholders buy-in on the organisations key initiatives is imperative in a macroeconomic climate that’s filled with ambiguity.

In this virtual roundtable, held in association with Criticaleye, we will explore how Boards can ensure the needs and expectations of stakeholders are taken into account in every decision. How can the board provide organisations with a framework to guide stakeholder engagement activities?

Areas to discuss include:

  • Identifying the key stakeholders.
  • Finding the right approach to stakeholder engagement and tapping the wider benefits it offers.
  • Building trust with stakeholders by leading with transparency.
  • Navigating negative and/or conflicting stakeholder engagement.

(A notification email with the webinar link and password will be sent to registered participants 2 days before. Participants are advised to log in 5-10 minutes before the session.)

Participants are encouraged to raise questions and participate actively in the discussion.
