SPEAKERS

Michael Crompton
General Manager, Criticaleye Asia
Mr Michael Crompton is the General Manager for Criticaleye Asia. He joined the organisation in 2010 and has been based in Hong Kong since 2013, where he established Criticaleye’s Asia Pacific operations. He is a trusted adviser to senior leaders and coordinates bespoke member events, including the Criticaleye Asia Leadership Retreat. Mr Crompton oversees relationship management, regional membership growth and event planning across the region, chairing discussions and global conferences. His prior experience in executive search within the energy and environmental engineering sectors includes managing assignments for firms such as Arup, Atkins and Mott MacDonald.

Gianfranco Casati
Chairman of Advisory Board, Antares Ventures
Mr Gianfranco Casati is the former Chief Executive Officer of Accenture Growth Markets, where he led the company’s operations across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Prior to this, he served as Group CEO of Accenture Products, the global division focused on clients in the retail and manufacturing sectors. He was a member of Accenture’s board of directors from 1999 to 2001 and played a pivotal role in the company’s initial public offering in 2001. Mr Casati is currently an active investor and board member of both for-profit and non-profit organisations, including Cygnet in London and the Italian Cultural Centre Singapore (ICCS).

Serena Lang
Portfolio Chair and NED
Ms Serena Lang is an experienced Chair and Non-Executive Director. She currently chairs Trifast, is an Independent NED at Henry Boot, where she also chairs the Responsible Business Committee, and at Ainscough Crane Hire. Previously, she chaired Eleco, driving business transformation and advising on strategy, M&A, governance, and performance. She has chaired remuneration and nomination committees, served on audit committees, and holds a Cambridge Certificate in Sustainability. In her executive career, Serena held senior global roles at Invensys, BP, Cap Gemini, and EY, leading transformation, growth, and new business models. Her last executive post was Global VP at Invensys, with prior leadership at BP Lubricants. She holds an MBA from Kingston University, an MA in Marketing, and a BA in Business Administration.
