CTP 11 - Green Infrastructure

Current Topics
As a price taker of energy prices, companies will face cost pressures from purchasing carbon offsets. Hence, it is important for companies to invest in green Infrastructure (such as IT systems and data centres) with an energy reduction plan. We will discuss possible change management approaches as a company prepares to transit into the low-carbon economy. Potential approaches include policies, programmes, and initiatives that can help a company reduce risk and comply with new regulations, while shaping procurement practices and improving environmental performance with Green-for-IT and IT-for-Green.
