LOUISE BROEKMAN
Director and Principal, Advisory Board Centre
Ms Louise Broekman is an award-winning entrepreneur, researcher and business adviser; recognised by the industry for her contribution to the business sector. With a unique advantage of having been on both sides of the table – in the shoes of a founder and as chair of multiple advisory boards – she has witnessed first-hand how a well-run advisory board can positively impact CEOs and the business at large. Upon exiting her multinational business, she led international research and served as chair for commercial advisory boards. As founder of the Advisory Board Centre, she leads the Global Research Council and is a frequent speaker and advocate for advisory boards globally.

ROD JACKSON
Non-Executive Director, NextSense and NGM Group
Mr Rod Jackson is a non-executive director for businesses based in Singapore and internationally. He serves as director of NextSense, FINSIA, NGM Group and Searson Buck Group. He is adviser to EGN in Singapore and was chair of Westpac Europe, based in London. Mr Jackson has been a director in financial services, recruitment, property management and e-commerce, after having worked as an executive in financial services for over 40 years. He has served in senior positions across various roles, including as CFO and COO, at banking groups Westpac and St George.

RAJIV RAMANI
Independent Non-Executive, TomoWork
Mr Rajiv Ramani is the CFO of a single family office since August 2022. He started his career with Ernst & Young, Singapore before working at The Coca-Cola Company, Unilever, Astro (Malaysia), Coty and Luxasia. He has lived and worked across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and the US. Mr Ramani is an Australian CPA and founding member and certified chair, Advisory Board Centre Australia. He serves on the finance committee of TomoWork, a registered charity. His previous appointments include deputy chairman of the industry advisory executive panel, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants APAC, non-executive director of Asia Sports Ventures, Singapore and board member of HFC Prestige in Dubai.
