Climate Governance Singapore Forum 2025

Climate Governance Singapore Forum
Climate change continues to reshape the landscape in which companies operate. From intensifying climate risks to tightening regulatory expectations, businesses face mounting pressure to demonstrate robust climate governance and accountability. Yet, many boards struggle to prioritise climate action amidst competing demands and financial concerns. A 2024 survey of board directors by Kantar found that although 86 per cent of respondents say climate risk is a priority, there is a lack of buy-in from their CEOs. How can directors lead this transition, and what does effective climate stewardship look like from the boardroom?

Climate Governance Singapore Forum 2025 brings together board directors, business leaders and climate experts to explore practical strategies, insights and frameworks to strengthen climate governance in Singapore and the region. Join us, to help shift perspectives and catalyse action.

Key takeaways

  • Gain actionable insights into how boards can integrate climate considerations into governance, risk management and strategic decision-making, going beyond disclosure to drive real impact.
  • Understand how climate governance is evolving in Singapore and across Asia, and how peers are navigating challenges such as transition financing, regulatory expectations and stakeholder pressures.
  • Explore effective ways to engage CEOs and executive teams, align competing priorities and embed climate responsibility across the board
