Cyber Crisis Simulation Training for Directors
Singapore Institute of Directors is partnering with Ensign InfoSecurity to run a cyber crisis simulation workshop for board directors to prepare them to be more cyber resilient. This complimentary 90-minute workshop is based on the SID Cyber Resilience Guide for Boards and will be led by senior incident-response experts from Ensign InfoSecurity with practical experience in guiding boards through cyber crises.
Using a hands-on learning format with real-world incidents in Asia, attendees will learn to:
- Evaluate incident severity: Understand cyber incidents from a strategic, business-focused perspective.
- Demonstrate crisis leadership: Gain an appreciation of board-level decisions, while enabling incident response and crisis management to take place.
- Strengthen cyber resilience: Integrate practical lessons into enterprise risk management and promote a robust cyber-aware culture.
