Chairperson Accelerator Programme
[Cohort 3] The Chairperson Accelerator Programme seeks to prepare first-time board chairs and directors identified as potential chairs to lead effective boards. The programme takes participants through a comprehensive professional development journey. Psychometrics, board simulation exercises and professional networking are integrated into the curriculum to enhance participants’ learning.

 

Delivered by Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) and Heidrick & Struggles (H&S), the programme seeks to equip participants with the skills and mindset needed to steer an organisation’s direction and strategy. This programme will tackle key topics around the role of the chairperson and management of effective dynamics to ensure a high-performance board.
