As Asia accelerates toward 2030, the pressure on boards has fundamentally shifted — from governing risk to governing transformation. Climate and nature degradation are no longer externalities to be managed; they are structural forces reshaping capital allocation, competitive advantage, and long-term enterprise value. This session brings together senior leaders to examine what genuinely effective board leadership looks like in this environment — how boards move from intent to action, from disclosure to decision-making, and from resilience as defence to resilience as growth strategy.
