Ms June Sim is a Managing Director in SGX RegCo and a seasoned securities regulator with decades of experience in securities regulation and the corporate governance of listed companies. She has overseen the implementation of changes in regulatory requirements, including listing rules designed to improve market transparency and uphold high standards of governance in the capital markets. She has also supervised and reviewed capital market transactions, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and delistings. With a strong command of both transactional and enforcement aspects of capital markets regulation, she serves as a trusted authority within the financial regulatory landscape.
