STAR PROGRAMME
(For SGOOD Alumni)

We are excited to announce the launch of the STAR (Sense. Transform. Affirm. Reflect) Programme in collaboration with the Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL) for SGOOD Alumni. Designed by CNPL for non-profit leaders, this programme aims to help new board members and executive directors find their ground in the organisation through structured training in directorship and leadership skills through practical guidance by an experienced mentor.

How does the Programme work?

This is a one-year programme during which the participant (mentee) will attend the SGOOD Essentials Programme and be matched with an experienced mentor to support you in your leadership development. During this time, the mentor will actively engage with the mentee through a series of one-to-one conversations to help further your effectiveness as a board member or executive director.

We would like to invite SGOOD Alumni to join the programme as mentees. For SGOOD participants who are experienced board members or executive directors, you may also choose to sign up as a mentor. The qualifying criteria are as follows:

Priority will be given to participants who have completed the full SGOOD Essentials Programme (eight modules) or signed up for the 2021 series. For more information on the SGOOD Essentials Programme, click here.
