Course Description

Successful boards need both the right people and the right processes. This half day session conducted by Mr Bob Arciniaga, Founder and CEO and the Managing Partner of Advisory Board Architects (ABA) Asia, is designed for board members and decision makers who wish to learn how to optimise their board process for greater ROI and strategic value.

Mr Arciniaga and his team, will also share and discuss ABA’s board data which has been collected for over a decade, on what high performance boards and advisory boards do differently from others.

Whether attendees are concerned with improvements with their fiduciary or advisory boards; or are considering building a new board, attendees will learn how to design their own high performance board processes, understand how to determine which skills are needed from the board members and understand the power of evaluations in driving strategic value.
