Corporate longevity is at an all-time low in this age of disruption. Amid the shifts in technology, customer preferences, capital funding and the competitive landscape, incumbents must drive innovation to adapt and grow. Business building can be a strategic differentiator, a powerful tool for innovation and growth – eight of the world’s 10 largest companies today are serial business builders. Few companies, however, actually embark on that first step to build a new business at scale and transform themselves.
In this session, we will be looking at what it takes to build and scale innovative new businesses, the capabilities necessary to compete and grow and, most importantly, how business leaders can create and drive change that matters, helping their organisations thrive in an age of disruption.
