Roundtable Synopsis
In Criticaleye’s most recent NED Research, ESG was the top priority for Chairs and NEDs, demonstrating the focus companies now have on issues relating to climate change, sustainability, and the societal impact of business.
This discussion, in collaboration with the Singapore Institute of Directors, will explore how Boards can put ESG at the heart of their decision-making. How can it be used to engage stakeholders, navigate risk, and ultimately create a framework that leads to long-term value creation? Which countries, regions or companies are leading the way and why?

- Climate change and the race to ‘net-zero’

- Workforce engagement
