While these cases were detected in good time, there could be others left undetected, much to the detriment of companies. Corruption hurts the company bottomline, not to mention, dent its reputation and morale of its staff. At its core, good corporate governance fundamentally demands companies to detect and deter corrupt practices.

At the session, the speaker, Mr. Hans Vriens, Managing Partner of Vriens & Partners, will outline different categories of risks and the appropriate manner in which to handle them.
