As many businesses are restructuring and taking advantage of accelerated digital opportunities, we are seeing a new kind of leadership emerge. More companies than ever are embracing the axiom that every business is a technology business, and they’ve also ignited a new era of exponential transformation as technology continuously reshapes industries and the human experience.

Now, as we continue with this new and evolving reality, companies must learn to master change. This asks the question of whether boards are well positioned to oversee and, in some cases, fully grasp the potential. This discussion, in collaboration with Criticaleye, will explore how Boards are taking advantage of the opportunities available to truly innovative companies, how much do board members fundamentally have to know about e.g. core technology to be an effective NED/Chair, where and how do boards update their skills and knowledge to keep apace with innovation in their areas of expertise?
