The convergence of technology has transformed how many large enterprises engage with customers. This has resulted in them also reflecting on the skills they need to deliver products and services, as well as what organisational design is most fitting to move at pace.
This session, held in partnership with the Criticaleye, will explore how, as a Board-level director, you can assess the positive and negative aspects of these changes. What key questions should you asking about talent, leadership capability, productivity, and organisational design?
