General Criteria for Corporate Membership Admission
  • Any body corporate or entity formed, incorporated or registered in Singapore or elsewhere that has its affairs directed or managed by a board or council of directors or members and which supports and practices good corporate governance.
  • All membership applications and renewals are subject to the approval of the Governing Council whose decision shall be final. The Governing Council may in its absolute discretion remove any Member from the Register if for any reason it is of the view that retaining the membership of that Member is not in the best interest of the Institute.
