In this new environment of 24 hour news channels and social media, it had never been easier for shareholders to connect and unite, and never more difficult for companies to handle such challenges. The speaker who has experience in providing governance, internal control and compliance advisory services to government ministries, statutory boards and listed companies will in particular speak about:
