• Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
  The ACRA provides the system for registration of company and business entities in Singapore, and administers the Companies Act.
  
• International Organization of Securities Commission (IOSCO)
  A gathering of securities regulators around the world whose stated objective is to promote high standards of regulation of the securities markets.
• Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
  MAS is the central bank of Singapore. Our mission is to promote sustained non-inflationary economic growth, and a sound and progressive financial centre.
• The Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX)
  SGX operates the securities and financial futures exchanges in Singapore. This web-site contains information about securities and futures trading statistics, listing requirements, IPO prospectuses and shareholder circulars, and announcements issued by listed companies.

  The ECGI is an international scientific non-profit association. It provides a forum for debate and dialogue between academics, legislators and practitioners, focusing on major corporate governance issues and thereby promoting best practice.
• International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN)
  A membership association of company directors in Canada.
• OECD Principles of Corporate Governance
  A set of non-binding principles and guidelines developed by the Ad-Hoc Task Force on Corporate Governance, embodying the views of OECD Member countries.
• The Corporate Library
  Founded in 1999 by Nell Minow and Robert Monks, partners in Lens Investment Management and co-founders of Institutional Shareholders Services, the Corporate Library serves as a repository for research, study and discussion about the nature of the modern global corporation, with focus on corporate governance and the company management, their boards and shareowners.

  An organisation which provide retirement and health benefits to more than 1.6 million public employees, retirees, and their families and more than 2,500 employers.

  An association of fund management companies in Singapore, established in 1997.

  An association of individual investors in Singapore.

  CPA Australia is one of the world's largest accounting bodies with a membership of more than 122,000 finance, accounting and business professionals across the globe.
• International Enterprise Singapore
  Singapore’s trade promotion agency.
• Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS)
  The national organization of the accounting profession in Singapore.

  The Singapore Business Federation is the apex business chamber that champions the interests of the Singapore business community in trade, investment and industrial relations.
• Singapore Compact for CSR
  The Singapore Compact for CSR functions as a national society in furthering the CSR movement in Singapore, through ongoing dialogues, training, collaboration and practical project implementation. It is a participant of the United Nations (UN) Global Compact, taking a multi-stakeholder approach in welcoming and recognising the important roles and contributions of various stakeholders.
