Mr Daniel Ee is the Chairman of Gas Supply Pte Ltd, an importer of natural gas from Sumatra. He is also Chairman of Tiger Aviation Pte Ltd which owns and operates Tiger Airways in Singapore and Australia. Mr. Ee also sits on the boards of Citibank Singapore Limited, Surface Mount Technology (Holdings) Limited and the National Environment Agency. Mr Ee spent 14 years in investment banking and 10 years in public service. He was with Standard Chartered Merchant Bank Asia Ltd for 10 years from 1989 to 1999, in the latter part as Chief Executive. Mr Ee received a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering (1st Class Honours) from the University of Bath, UK, under a Colombo Plan scholarship, and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Singapore. Mr Ee was conferred the Public Service Medal in 2003.
